Our first webinar, entitled “Best Practice: Menu Changes to Meet the New Proposed Meal Patterns” will be held on August 24, 2011 from 2 p.m.-3:15 p.m. EDT and is being produced in partnership with the National Dairy Council. We will explore the menu and procurement changes (which meet the proposed patterns) of three school nutrition professionals. We will discussion sodium reduction, whole grains, and increasing both the variety and servings of fruits and vegetables.
